1. Introduction

Scriptstorm is a dynamic marketplace connecting creators Sellers with buyers Buyers. Sellers offer digital assets for license, while Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product under the conditions described below.

2. License Types 🎫

2.1 Regular License

• Usage: One end project for personal or commercial use.
• Modifications: Permitted for your project, but the original Product remains the Seller's property.
• Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the standalone Product is not allowed.

2.2 Extended License

• Usage: Unlimited projects, including commercial end-products for resale.
• Additional Rights: Grants broader permissions for integration into your projects.
• Restrictions: Standalone redistribution is still prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights 🛡️

• Ownership: All Products remain the intellectual property of the Seller.
• License: Buyers receive only a license to use the Product as outlined in these terms.
• Scriptstorm Branding: Our logos, trademarks, and brand elements are exclusively owned by Scriptstorm.

4. Support & Updates 🔄

• Seller Discretion: Support, bug fixes, and updates are provided at the Seller’s discretion.
• No Guarantee: Scriptstorm does not guarantee long-term support unless explicitly stated in the Product description.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers ⚠️

• 'As Is': All Products are provided without any warranties – express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: Neither Scriptstorm nor the Sellers are liable for any damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the Product.

6. Termination of License 🔒

• Breach: Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license.
• Post-Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete any copies.

7. Indemnification 🤝

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scriptstorm, its affiliates, and the Sellers from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Product or breach of these License Terms.

8. Governing Law ⚖️

These License Terms are governed by the Portuguese laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

9. Changes to License Terms 🔧

Scriptstorm reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of a Product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
